Description
The one-sided sculpture On a Positive Wave II is carved from Hořice sandstone with a beautiful natural grain, and its proportions allow it to harmonize gracefully even in larger spaces. It stands only 60 cm tall, yet it extends to approximately 124 cm in width.
The central motif is a wave gently carrying a granite pebble reminiscent of a small boat. The pebble comes from the area around the Čistá stream – a place where the artist lives and works, and where the dialogue between water, stone, and landscape has long been a source of inspiration.
Czech sandstone is well suited for year-round placement in the garden. It withstands weather fluctuations and, in every season, takes on a different yet always natural and clean expression.
