The figure of the girl appears almost dreamlike. The red accent beneath her introduces a hidden tension that contrasts with the calm of the entire scene. The work thus moves between fragility and passion, between silence and an inner heat.
The work is signed, and titled and dated on the reverse. The overall dimensions including the frame are 81 × 106 cm. The painting is set in an older, ornate frame chosen by the artist as the most suitable for this subject. The frame is provided as a bonus, and the buyer may choose to reframe the work according to their own preferences to best suit their interior.
