The red glove introduces a subtle tension into the composition and becomes an accent of hidden passion. The work balances between calm and ardour, between intimacy and mystery, transforming the female motif into a poetic metaphor of evening.
The work is signed and bears the title and date on the reverse. Dimensions including frame: 77 × 97 cm. The painting is framed in a moulding selected by the artist as the most suitable for this subject. The frame is provided with the artwork as a bonus.
