Heart of the Earth – Karel Malivánek
Heart of the Earth by Karel Malivánek is a masterful combination of Sněžník orthogneiss and polished cast glass. The rough, natural texture of the stone meets smooth, translucent glass in a deep blue hue. The contrast between these materials creates a compelling dialogue between the strength of the earth and the fragility of glass, giving the work a distinctive contemporary character.

For glass sculptures and artworks, we recommend personal collection directly at our gallery in Šestajovice near Prague. Proper packaging of these fragile works for safe transport via external shipping services significantly increases the cost of delivery. Alternatively, we can offer express individual transport by personal car (ecologically, using only the necessary returnable packaging), which can also be relatively costly for longer distances from Prague. We are happy to prepare an individual quote upon request.
